Sunburst Shutters Wins the Better Business Bureaus Golden Apple Award
The Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada awarded its prestigious Golden Apple Award to Sunburst Shutters & Window Fashions. The award was presented to Sunburst Shutters’ CEO Dix Jarman and Las Vegas General Manager Stan Nielson at a March ceremony.
The Golden Apple Award is presented annually to the company that demonstrates a high level of customer service and satisfaction. This award was presented to Sunburst after the BBB received a customer testimonial nominating Sunburst. BBB also researched customers about Sunburst’s track record for superior customer satisfaction.
“We are honored by this award,” said Dix Jarman, CEO. “We’ve always tried to be the best customer service organization in town and the Golden Apple Award demonstrates that we’re achieving that goal.”
Yet, for Sunburst Shutters, the award does not mean the company has reached its objective. “The importance of customer service to Sunburst is never ending,” said Stan Nielson, General Manager. “This award is motivation to continue our efforts, not a sign that we’ve finished something.”
