There’s an aspect to every home improvement that you cannot overlook:  customer service.  Sure, Sunburst has the best window treatments on the market, but that would not matter if we did not do our best to take care of customers. That’s why I wanted to share with you this shutters customer’s customer service example.

We’re not perfect, but I can honestly say I’ve met most of our employees across the country, and all of them are genuinely interested in giving customers the best value and service to make their homes look spectacular.

We’ve had customers calling our corporate office lately–not to complain, but to compliment our people on their great service.  Some were surprised at the level of service Sunburst gives.  Others said they did not know there were companies that did what we do to make sure every customer is satisfied.
